PROJECT DETAILS
Locomotive: 389 × 156 × 112 mm. Carriage: 276 × 147 × 100 mm. Dimensions are length × width × height.
Versions for 3 mm and 1/8 inch material are supplied, together with PDF assembly instructions.
The 3 mm cutting layout requires thirteen 280 × 280 mm sheets.
BEFORE YOU CUT
Check that your laser software can open the supplied formats and that the layout fits your work area. Use the supplied version that matches your actual material thickness.
If you uniformly enlarge a slotted model, its slots and tabs enlarge too, so proportionally thicker plywood is required. For example, scaling a 3 mm design to 150% requires approximately 4.5 mm actual plywood thickness. Scale all parts equally; the finished dimensions also change. Measure your material and test the fit and kerf before cutting the full project. Message me if you need help with sizing.
