PROJECT DETAILS
Finished size with 3 mm material: 769 mm long × 278 mm wide × 697 mm high.
The design specifies a maximum part size of 240 mm. Check the supplied layout against your laser work area before cutting.
Cutting files for 3 mm and 1/8 inch material and a PDF assembly guide are included.
BEFORE YOU CUT
Check that your laser software can open the supplied formats and that the layout fits your work area. Use the supplied version that matches your actual material thickness.
If you uniformly enlarge a slotted model, its slots and tabs enlarge too, so proportionally thicker plywood is required. For example, scaling a 3 mm design to 150% requires approximately 4.5 mm actual plywood thickness. Scale all parts equally; the finished dimensions also change. Measure your material and test the fit and kerf before cutting the full project. Message me if you need help with sizing.
