PROJECT DETAILS
Finished size: 447 × 140 × 355 mm (length × width × height).
Designed for 3 mm and 1/8 inch material, with PDF assembly instructions.
The layout requires three 300 × 290 mm sheets, one 230 × 290 mm sheet, and one 400 × 90 mm sheet or two 220 × 90 mm sheets.
BEFORE YOU CUT
Check that your laser software can open the supplied formats and that the layout fits your work area. Use the supplied version that matches your actual material thickness.
If you uniformly enlarge a slotted model, its slots and tabs enlarge too, so proportionally thicker plywood is required. For example, scaling a 3 mm design to 150% requires approximately 4.5 mm actual plywood thickness. Scale all parts equally; the finished dimensions also change. Measure your material and test the fit and kerf before cutting the full project. Message me if you need help with sizing.
