PROJECT DETAILS
Finished sizes with 3 mm material (length × width × height):
Helicopter: 130 × 50 × 70 mm.
Biplane: 120 × 130 × 65 mm.
SUV: 140 × 64 × 71 mm.
Sheet layouts: 160 × 130 mm for the helicopter, 185 × 205 mm for the biplane, and 297 × 225 mm for the SUV.
The set includes files for 3 mm and 1/8 inch plywood and PDF assembly instructions for each model.
BEFORE YOU CUT
Check that your laser software can open the supplied formats and that the layout fits your work area. Use the supplied version that matches your actual material thickness.
If you uniformly enlarge a slotted model, its slots and tabs enlarge too, so proportionally thicker plywood is required. For example, scaling a 3 mm design to 150% requires approximately 4.5 mm actual plywood thickness. Scale all parts equally; the finished dimensions also change. Measure your material and test the fit and kerf before cutting the full project. Message me if you need help with sizing.
