PROJECT DETAILS
Finished size with 3 mm plywood: 388 × 115 × 152 mm (length × width × height).
Versions for 3 mm and 1/8 inch plywood and PDF assembly instructions are included. Versions for 3.6 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm and 6 mm material are available on request; these are not all included in the standard download.
BEFORE YOU CUT
Check that your laser software can open the supplied formats and that the layout fits your work area. Use the supplied version that matches your actual material thickness.
If you uniformly enlarge a slotted model, its slots and tabs enlarge too, so proportionally thicker plywood is required. For example, scaling a 3 mm design to 150% requires approximately 4.5 mm actual plywood thickness. Scale all parts equally; the finished dimensions also change. Measure your material and test the fit and kerf before cutting the full project. Message me if you need help with sizing.
