Build a front loader with a bucket that lifts and tilts, rotating wheels, a turning body and an opening cab door. This is an advanced laser cutting project.
This is a digital download for making the design yourself. No physical item, plywood or hardware is shipped.

PROJECT DETAILS
Approximate scale: 1:35. Finished size: 267 × 225 × 114 mm (length × width × height).
Designed for 3 mm and 1/8 inch plywood. The layout uses three 280 × 280 mm sheets.
A PDF assembly guide is included. The finished model has small parts.
BEFORE YOU CUT
Check that your laser software can open the supplied formats and that the layout fits your work area. Use the supplied version that matches your actual material thickness.
If you uniformly enlarge a slotted model, its slots and tabs enlarge too, so proportionally thicker plywood is required. For example, scaling a 3 mm design to 150% requires approximately 4.5 mm actual plywood thickness. Scale all parts equally; the finished dimensions also change. Measure your material and test the fit and kerf before cutting the full project. Message me if you need help with sizing.
